The 3rd Annual Operation Flags For Vets sponsored by Rotary DIstrict 5340 Military Coordinating Committee (DMCC). Volunteers will be placing 23,000 American Flags on every gravesite to honor our fallen heroes for Memorial Day. All volunteers must register prior to the event.
